-Do you know if the work you did was in line with your goals?

-Rate yourself 1-10 on whether your fitness routine was effective

-What do you want/need to change in the next 3-12 months?
 

Nutrition:

-What Framework did you follow?

-Did you track/plan your food?

-Did you try any fad diets? What happened?

-How long were you able to sustain your plan?

-Did your framework fit your lifestyle?

- Rate yourself 1-10 on whether your nutrition plan was effective

-What do you want/need to change in the next 3-12 months?

Part 2: Time Management, Routines and Accountability

1) Create a Morning and Evening Routine

2) Do What's Important, Not Urgent

***Keys for Accountability Success:

1) Get a Community, Coach or Partner

2) Write Down Your Goals and Share Them

-Did you plan for the unexpected?
-Did you time-block?
-What rituals do you have that set you up for daily success?
- Do you use a calendar/planner/to do list?
- Rate yourself 1-10 on whether you effectively manage your time and have good routines for success

Accountability:

-Who held you accountable?
-How did you check in and track your workouts and nutrition?
-Did you write down your goals
- Rate yourself 1-10 on whether your system for accountability was effective
-What do you want/need to change in the next 3-12 months?

Part 3: Mindset, Motivation and Goal Setting

1) Evaluate, How will you feel, knowing you could succeed if you do the work, but don't see it through.

2) Are you motivated by pain or pleasure?

3) Don't wait for motivation, take action

-Are you motivated by pain of staying the same or the pleasure of achieving transformation?
-What are your goals? Surface level and deeper? Can you visualize them and write down what you see for yourself?
