Needing just a little guidance on your nutrition to start? Jill will go over what you are eating and have you track it for a week or 2 before meeting again to discuss your progress and questions. In this 2nd time around you will see the difference that having a framework, sticking to it and tweaking makes and come back for a 3rd coaching session and make a plan for moving forward with great success.
