  • WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE:
    Workouts will be LIVE at 7am EST on October 10th-12th in my closed Jill Ortiz: Empowered Fitness Mastery Facebook Group.  
    Also in the group find motivational videos, tips and other helpful content in order to keep you in line with your fitness goals.

 

  • If you can't join LIVE, no worries. The workouts will remain in the group until October 16th, so you can access the recordings when you can make the time.
     

  • WORKOUT SCHEDULE:

Monday 10/10 - Arms, Abs, Booty

Tuesday 10/11 - Abs, Booty, Arms

Wednesday 10/12 - Booty, Arms, Abs

 

  • EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
    You will want a few sets of dumbbells. Light, medium and heavy are always good. I suggest you start building up your arsenal at home, and depending on your experience and strength, these can vary anywhere from 5 to 20 pounds. Check out Amazon, Marshall's or your local sporting goods store now!

  • EXPECTATIONS: 
    Complete each of the three workouts and comment under the workout video each day that you completed it. Let the group know what you thought, how you felt, and what weights you used. Celebrate yourself and give praise to others who complete the workout too!

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER? 
    These workouts are representative of the workouts you will see in my upcoming 30 Day #NoPainNoGainNovember Challenge that starts October 31st, 2022.
