    Also in the program find motivational videos, testimonials and tips in order to keep you in line with your fitness goals.


  • IF YOU CAN'T START TODAY, NO WORRIES. You will have lifetime access to the free #TripleThreat Challenge and can repeat it if you like. Start when you are ready and complete it at your own pace.

    You will want a couple sets of dumbbells. Light and medium are good to start. I suggest you start building up your arsenal at home, and depending on your experience and strength, these can vary anywhere from 5 to 20 pounds. Check out Amazon, Marshall's or your local sporting goods store now!

    Complete each of the three workouts and watch the accompanying Success Chat Videos included for Fitness, Nutrition and Planning Your Journey. Watch the client testimonials for inspiration on what you too can accomplish in your journey.


    These workouts are representative of the workouts you will see in many of my programs, group challenges and 1:1 Coaching Phases. If you like my style, you will have the option to explore future options to work with me.
