One of the first things I'm going to ask for on your roadmapping call with me is:


1. What do you want your life to look like 12 months from now?

(e.g.  Look good naked, feel comfortable in clothing, be confident at work and with friends, not get tired playing with your kids)


2. What do YOU think is keeping you from reaching those goals? 


So please take 5-10 minutes RIGHT NOW to get a pad and pen and literally WRITE OUT BY HAND your top 3 goals and challenges.

STEP #2 HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT

First - We've received your booking and your application and are reviewing it now.

You will receive a meeting link to click on at the time you booked for video chat, or I will call you if you noted that you preferred to speak via phone...

 

Second - Make sure you've set aside time to watch the videos below and also are in a quiet room with NO distractions at the time of your call (with pen and paper to take notes with).

Meet client, Alicia. A true fighter and inspiration to many of my other clients. She is a leader by example.

 

 Being in Oregon with Covid-19 and Wildfires, 2020 was challenging.  Yet Alicia has continued to show up and make her determination known. She continues to be coachable.

CLIENT STORY: ELA G.

I work at least 10 to 12 hours per day. I had the same excuse in the past that with my type of job plus the time I need to take care of my family, there is no way I could find time for better self care.

Jill taught me, the best way to change this mindset is to discover my “why”.

For me, my wellness “why” was to look my best at my daughter’s wedding. On the left below there is my picture from June 2018 from my goddaughter‘s wedding. I looked at that picture and I thought I could look better at my daughter’s wedding. It felt so good to make it happen, and I love every single picture of me from my daughter‘s wedding.
