How often should I do the workouts?
We recommend following the Iron Core 360 program at least 5 times per week for optimal results. However, you can adjust the frequency of your workouts based on your schedule and fitness level. Jill and Many members enjoy completing the workouts from the 1st to the 20th of every month for tracking, accountability and consistency.

Do I need any special equipment for the workouts?
Most of the exercises in Iron Core 360 can be performed using just a mat (or carpet/rug in your home or anywhere). However, some exercises require a dumbbell/weight if you are ready to incorporate one.

How long are the workouts?
Core workouts are all 7 minutes. On days 5, 10 and 15 the glute workouts are 8 minutes. On day 20 we culminate with a 12 minute glutes session. I know that our golfers have busy schedules, so I've designed our workouts to be efficient and effective, allowing you to get maximum results in minimal time.

I learned golf in my Senior year of College and walked on the golf team where I walked my first round, got in my car to head home with sore feet and got pulled over for speeding. The officer did not buy my story that I couldn't control the heaviness of my foot on the gas!
