Class Descriptions

Kick and Define: 12 Three-minute rounds of Mixed Martial Arts inspired moves to help you build strength, stamina and a strong core. Sweat the pounds away with fun shadow boxing combos and improve your balance and flexibility as well. Suited for all levels of fitness with low impact modification available. 

HIIT-Strength-Core: Intervals of exercise and rest focused on total-body conditioning, complete with high intensity cardio moves for anaerobic endurance, plyometrics for power, bodyweight strength moves, agility drills, and a whole block meant to build your core strength. Suited for all levels of fitness with low impact modification available.

Question:  Do my classes expire? 
Answer: No! You can use them any time you like.

Question:  What Do I need to Bring to Class? 
Answer: Water, Towel, Mat, and the Waiver if it's your first class

Question:  What Level of Fitness Do I need to Be? 
Answer: Classes are Meant for ALL Levels of Fitness and can be completed completely low impact

Question:  Can My Kids Take the Classes
Answer: I would recommend 13+ for the classes, and anyone under 18 will require a parent signature on their waiver. But I have taught these same classes to elementary, middle and high school students in the past!
