What is the Summer Salad Challenge All About?
A week long challenge where you can earn prizes for eating a salad a day and sharing a picture of it with the community.
WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE:
Salad sharing will take place in my closed Jill Ortiz: Empowered Fitness Mastery Facebook Group. Also in the group find motivational videos, tips and other helpful content in order to keep you in line with your nutrition and fitness goals.
YOU ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO EAT AND SHARE ONE SALAD A DAY! This is meant to be fun and community/sharing based...so get excited to enjoy and share new salad ideas with others.

- Most Consistent Salad Eater/Poster
