WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE:
Workouts will be taught LIVE at 7 am EST on January 29th, 30th and 31st in a closed Facebook Group, Also in the group find motivational videos, tips and other helpful content in order to keep you in line with your fitness goals. Prep days start on Saturday January 27th, and You will get a FREE Bonus Digital Challenge Workbook to help you stay organized and get the most from the challenge!
If you can't join LIVE, no worries. The workouts will remain in the group forever, so you can access the recordings when you can make the time. You will want a few sets of dumbbells. Light, medium and heavy are always good. I suggest you start building up your arsenal at home, and depending on your experience and strength, these can vary anywhere from 5 to 20 pounds. Check out Amazon, Marshall's or your local sporting goods store now!
Complete each of the 2 prep day activities and three workouts and comment under the video each day that you completed it. Let the group know what you thought, how you felt, and what weights you used for workouts. Celebrate yourself and give praise to others who complete the assignments too!
