𝐃𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮...𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲?
What time of day and what are you craving? (This is actually very telling information)
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬,

Your cravings are the reason you overeat on calories.
They open the flood gates for eating the wrong foods, and
Uncontrolled cravings will drive you into a downward spiral of emotions.
But they are so much more controllable when you understand why you have them!...
And when you have strategies, mantras, and a FRAMEWORK for Nutrition to follow (like I preach to my coaching clients)...You CAN get past them!

A craving is an intense, urgent, or abnormal desire for a food. Whether driven by hormones, emotions, nutrient deficiencies, or habits...cravings are often unsatiable.

Some of us might just be looking at this list and saying "I'm all 7!"
If you are just constantly eating in that case, watch this video I did on reasons why we over eat, it has a lot of crossover with the cravings triggers.

MY 3 TOP CRAVINGS TRICKS
PROTEIN FIRST THING: Before or with my morning caffeine (pre-workout for me) I always have half a David Protein Bar. This fuels me, helps regulate my blood sugar and cortisol, and is delicious! I love the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk and Cake Batter Flavors Best! Get Your David Bars Here
AIR FRYER GREEN BEAN SNACK: When I get hungry in the afternoon, rather than eating everything in sight, pepperoni, cheese, crackers, chocolate or all of it. As long as we have little bags of pre-washed green beans (I like the French ones from Walmart), I just open the bag, dump them on a lined baking sheet, spray with a little olive oil cooking spray, top with garlic powder, salt and pepper, and pop them in for 10 minutes. They are so delicious, I eat them ALL with zero guilt!
INDULGE IN THE OCCASIONAL COCKTAIL (or make it a Mocktail): My personal favorite cocktail is a Moscow Mule, but lately I am finding that alcohol really affects my sleep, and I am not down for sub-par recovery. So with or without the Vodka, I love to just fill my copper cup with ice, squeeze a whole lime in, and add a small can of low-cal ginger beer. It's refreshing and hits the spot! This is the Ginger Beer I use to Make My Skinny Cocktail

I hope these tips help!
