After my morning yoga sesh (day 3 of 30), I looked up the definition of yoga:

And I also looked up the top 10 benefits...

HOLY COW, WHO WOULDN'T WANT ALL THOSE THINGS?...

Ahhh...you pay attention! Yes! 80% Strength Training and 20% Yoga!

Weightlifting is tearing and rebuilding (stronger) muscles and is a form of stress.

So 1 month out of 12, I yoga.


And 1 day out of every 7, I stretch and release tension.
